Today, on Moldexpo fairgrounds were opened the 22nd International specialized exhibition of technologies, equipment, tools and materials for construction MOLDCONSTRUCT and the 21st International specialized exhibition of power-saving technologies, gas-supply, heating and air conditioning systems MOLDENERGY.
At the opening ceremony, Vasile Bîtca, Minister of Regional Development and Construction of the Republic of Moldova said that the Ministry "traditionally takes part in the MOLDCONSTRUCT exhibition and this year we will have the possibility to see what the offer of exhibitors in building technologies will be." He reported briefly about the current activities of the ministry he leads and mentioned that in 2017 the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of the Republic of Moldova, together with partners for development, has implemented 28 projects across the country, including social facilities and housing.
According to Vasile Bîtca, "the market will be able to explore new solutions, not only in construction, but also in architecture, design and construction equipment”. In conclusion, the Minister of Regional Development and Construction wished exhibitors and visitors constructive work at the exhibition, new contacts and contracts.
The following speaker at the ceremony, Valeriu Triboi, Deputy Minister of Economy of Moldova, welcomed participants representing the sector of energetics. "I would like to sincerely thank the IEC Moldexpo for the excellent organization of exhibitions, which represent an ideal platform for discussions, exchanges, contacts and, not least, the concluding contracts." He drew the attention of the audience to the role of the Ministry of Economy in energy security, modernization of the energy sector and diversification of energy sources. According to him, "MOLDCONSTRUCT and MOLDENERGY contribute significantly to achieving these objectives." Valeriu Triboi expressed confidence that participants will benefit from their participation in exhibitions.
Continuing the theme of security and energy efficiency, Ion Cozma, Acting Deputy Director of the Energy Efficiency Agency said that "over the years, the international exhibitions MOLDENERGY and MOLDCONSTRUCT managed to gather on a single platform renowned specialists, representatives of central and local government, businessmen and industry experts - to discuss the best practices in the field of energy efficiency. " According to Kozma, " this year exhibition will contribute to the creation and implementation of successful projects and technologies presented at MOLDENERGY will find their application in all branches of the national economy."
